Realize the things you want to do
Yanagi:
At 12 years old we are still a young company, because we diversify our areas of business. One of the charms of this environment is that one is able to "realize the things you want to do" here. It started as TadaCopy, a university project but was later became its own application at our company (and continues to develop now).
Now we are planning and developing other student services, and even launched an educational business two years ago.
When starting a new business or service, it is not based on just executive decisions, but of all employees. So it is possible to realize the things you want to do without new employees at all.
Our tightknit management team breeds a vibrant environment.
Tokunaga:
Even around the president, everyone feels happy and free, our tightknit managent team breeds a vibrant environment. A sense of purpose is is important for us, and each member is gradually introduced with more responsibility. Since the company culture is to constantly search and challenge new things, we have to enjoy coming up with ideas every day. This also allows us to honour our members wishes and encourage flexible thinking. I think that even if something major like giving birth happens to me, I am sure I can keep my balance.
I can do my work with a strong sense of "responsibility". I think it's the perfect place for people.
Kojima:
Oceanize is a place that makes your dreams come true.
In order to be able to start up my own business in the future, I resigned from a major e-commerce company that I had worked at for four and a half years since graduating.
Moving to an IT venture company of 40 employees that generally concerned itself with student marketing made sense to me for three reasons:
1. An environment where one can express themselves regardless of age or title, and challenge anything with great discretion.
2. From students and workers in their 20s and 30s to housewives, online and offline, a wide range of business possibilities are available for any vocation such as operational services, engineering and sales.
3. Members who are young, bright , friendly, passionate and do not speak ill of others.
Because of this environment I can do my work with a strong sense of "responsibility", "affirmative action", and "passion". I think it's the perfect place for people.

Yanagi:
Being a sales team, we sell our products and services to clients and advertising agencies. As well as providing our current products, depending on the client it may be necessary to develop a new product or handle a company's existing prodcuts, so it is necessary to regularly communicate both inside and outside of the company. Achieving company goals is also important for sales, since it helps you find the kind of sales style that suits you. For new recruits, I hope you can find your own sales style after 3-5 years or sooner!
Approach everything without precedence.
Tokunaga:
The SmartSchool Division operates services for elementary, junior high and high school students by co-ordinating, planning and managing projects.
Projects range from school or classroom management, to planning online learning systems for students. We try to approach everything without precedence, as well as specialising in fields such as classroom management and human resource development. Influencing others' learning is wonderful and rewarding.
I would like to create services that enable women to shine beautifully and share this passion among my friends.
Kojima:
I utilize my expertise of student service management to take charge of service development and sales operations targeted at women in their 20s and 30s from a variety of vocations such as apparel, cosmetics, and share houses.
At the same time I am manage several projects with small teams. While it can be difficult to improve the satisfaction levels of every service and monetize it, it gives me such an excitement that can never be subsituted. I would like to create services that enable women to shine beautifully and share this passion among my friends.
